چکیده
Due to its good cutting performance in titanium alloy machining, integral end mills are more and used machining aero-engine impeller blades. The tool spiral groove plays the role of chip acceptor removal, accuracy parameters has an important effect on performance. In grinding process groove, wheel’s external is mainly involved task. wear degree related time times wheel, wheel will lead change groove. To achieve accurate solution surface profile, image processing technology was extract section contour coordinates fit them. worn sand profile solved based contact line principle, amount obtained. traditional reconstruction method verify algorithm. results show that reverse algorithm for relatively high.
